    We love naturally-processed Guji coffees, and this lot – Chebega – from the Hambela Wamena Woreda wowed us. As is the case across Ethiopia, smallholders (owning less than one hectare of land) deliver cherry to the mill, and are paid premiums depending on what grades they deliver, this grade one coffee is super clean and juicy, expect pastry style sweetness and mouthfeel, layered stonefruit and a complex citrus finish.
