Faical coffee produce some excellent organic coffee – the cooperative was established to purchase only the ripest and most well picked cherry from smallholder farmers in San Ignacio, Cajamarca. We use their organic washed process coffee as part of our BFG blend, but we love natural processed coffees, and have bought this microlot from Lennin Jaramillo for a second year now.

Cajamarca coffees are well known for their quality, the clean natural process increases the marzipan levels of sweetness, emphasises the complex plum & hefty, but refreshing citrus.
