This natural processed coffee is a classic example of well processed central American coffees; boozy body with some engaging textural fruit.
Finca Liquidambar is run by ex Cocafelol members, and is an organically run operation. The farm is approximately 1/4 forest under conservatorship, with the rest of the 60 hectares planted with Catura/Hybrid crosses, which are relatively rust resistant.
