Finca Himalaya has been in Sonia Castaneda’s family for 150 years, and it definitely goes to show. In 2003, Himalaya placed 6th at the El Salvadorean COE, and their family has placed highly many other times with Himalaya or for their other farms.
The coffee grown on Himalaya is all Bourbon, shade grown and organically grown (if not certified).
After significant Rust damage In 2018 where crop yields were harmed significantly, Himalaya returned to market with this new, naturally processed coffee, and it is even more delicious than ever.
