Kilimanjaro Plantation was started in 2000, with planting of their 1.2 million trees completed by 2005. The estate takes advantage of modern water treatment techniques developed in collaboration with University of Braunschweig, and with other practices, this ensures the coffee is as ecologically friendly as possible.
With a view of Mt. Kilimanjaro, they say this coffee is ‘from the roof of Africa’. Bourbon from Reunion has been planted here for a classically berry driven experience, perfect as a rich and refreshing black coffee.
