This delicious Colombian coffee is grown on one estate outside Popayán in Cauca. As one of the first Castillo varietal coffees we’d tasted, we’ve seen it slowly increase in cup score year after year, it is truly delicious, and fairly brought into Australia by our friends at First Crop.
