This certified organic regional lot from Tolima was produced by a dedicated cooperative of 200 families of farmers from 22 villages growing coffee in the Magdalena River valley which runs through both Huila and Tolima in the south of Colombia.

We purchased this coffee for our BFG blend, after cupping it alongside fresh Colombian arrivals at the start of the year, but we like it just as much as past years’ coffees from Tolima, this mixed Caturra/Colombia lot provides intense body and sweetness; malt & toffee, with refreshing stonefruit & berry acidity, which makes for a juicy black coffee.
