Moonface is comprised of high quality specialty coffees, roasted just dark enough to produce a sweet bright espresso, or a rich, aromatic filter coffee.

The high percentage of natural and washed Ethiopian coffees from Guji bring florals, fruit and textural characteristics with sweet toffee and berry acidity delivered from the Colombia Tolima.
