Our Seasonal espresso blend sits right between our Looper and Strider blends in roast level, with a similar focus on texture but more aromatic clarity and a little brighter acidity. The first iteration was based on the delicious Santo Antonio pulped natural Yellow Catucai, the second iteration was the same cultivar, also from Brazil, but processed differently – Anaerobic Natural. Version 3 flipped the Anerobic – Anaerobic Ethiopia paired with some delicious washed PNG from Fredy.

Flor y Nata means Cream of the Crop in Spanish, and we bought this sticky sweet Nicaraguan coffee, knowing it would make the backbone of our 4th offering of our Seasonal espresso blend, and the first time it’s been all washed coffees!

16% Chebega (W)

The brightness in the Ethiopian and Kenyan coffee add fruity character to the intense sweetness from the Matagalpa coffee, delivering marmalade-like sweetness and and complex mouthfeel.
